The Face Shop's Rice Water Bright Lip & Eye Makeup Remover is a mild lip & eye makeup remover formulated with Rice Extract, which helps dissolves and removes lip & eye long-wearing makeup without irritation, while brightens up the skin and reduces lip pigmentation. 

It has a powerful and moisturising formula with its milky texture that is suitable for all skin types, even for sensitive skin.
