The cost of your session is partially redeemable on any products purchased on the day, including any lashes applied during your service.

The redeemable voucher must be used during the same visit; the redemption cannot be carried over to future visits.

For example, if your service is $99, a $49.50 voucher will be granted towards your product purchases, helping you take home the beauty essentials you love—right after your appointment!

If you are running late to your appointment, it may need to be cancelled or adjusted based on the nature of the service and the extent of your delay.

As all services are scheduled within a specific timeframe, arriving late may result in insufficient time to complete the service. In such cases, your appointment will be cancelled. Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable, and any prepayment will not be refunded if you arrive late. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend allowing ample time to reach your appointment.

If you cancel your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

However, please note that any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable.

50% deposit is required prior to appointment (non-refundable if cancellation made within 24 hours).
