Refund policy

We have a 14-day refund policy. Please note that we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges without a receipt.

 

IN-STORE REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your experience with BEBYHADA and your new Korean beauty products. If you encounter any issues, we’re here to help!

Please bring the product(s) you wish to return within 14 days of purchase, along with the purchase receipt or e-receipt, and our staff will be happy to assist you.

We will be unable to provide an exchange or a refund if you do not bring proof of purchase and the product(s) to the store.

Refunds/returns are only eligible if the product(s) you purchased are damaged or in a bad condition due to manufacturing defects, not self-negligence.

We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, so we encourage you to select your products carefully. However, if your item is still unused, in its original packaging, and not part of the non-refundable items, we can issue a Gift Card voucher instead of a refund.

We may refuse to refund or exchange an item if you can't provide a receipt, item that has been used, damaged, or is no longer in resellable condition.

 


ONLINE REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

All our products are checked for quality before dispatch, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re here to assist you.

Please email us at contact@bebyhada.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • A clear image of the damaged or incorrect product

Once approved, you can choose one of the following options:

  1. A refund to your original payment method (please allow up to 10 business days for processing)
  2. A replacement of the same product (we will provide a return label for the damaged item)

NOTE: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If your return is deemed ineligible, we will not ship the item back unless you arrange for in-store pickup. Please contact us for approval before sending your return.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received a refund, please contact us at contact@bebyhada.co.nz

 


WHAT IF I HAVE A REACTION TO A PRODUCT?

We sincerely apologise if any of our products cause an allergic reaction. However, BEBYHADA is not liable for skin reactions and cannot offer refunds or replacements in such cases.

To avoid this, we recommend:

  • Checking the ingredient list before purchasing
  • Consulting our staff for product recommendations
  • Performing a patch test on a small area of your skin before full use

If any skin irritation/reaction occurs, please discontinue use and seek medical advice.

 


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Lip and eye products (for hygiene reasons)

 


DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assist you.
